SOVISART PRICING POLICY
Document Ref: SOV-PP-2026-V1 Effective Date: October 10, 2026 Merchant Status: Pre-incorporation individual business (self-employed / sole-proprietor status)
SECTION 1 // PURPOSE & SCOPE
1.1. This Pricing Policy governs all commercial offerings made available through the Sovisart Store at sovisart.com (the "Store"), operated under the trading name Sovisart — Design School ("Sovisart", "we", "us", "our"). All transactions are processed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record, as described in Section 5.

1.2. Sovisart is a design school. Its courses are Sovisart's own original curriculum, designed and taught directly by its founder — a designer ranked #3 in the world by Creativepool. Products are currently distributed as structured online courses, live sessions, recorded video lessons, and supporting digital materials. Any future changes to delivery mechanism will be reflected in an updated version of this Policy.

1.3. This Policy is incorporated by reference into, and should be read alongside, the Sovisart Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict specifically regarding price or billing mechanics, this Policy prevails.
SECTION 2 // PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION — WHAT SOVISART IS, AND IS NOT
2.1. Not an Open-Ended Content Library. Sovisart does not operate an open-ended, unrestricted content catalog. Every commercial offering on the Store is a discrete, individually licensed course or digital product, sold for a stated access period. This is finite, itemized digital product delivery, not unlimited or ongoing catalog access.

2.2. Copyright-Based Usage Licensing. All Sovisart products are licensed under a copyright-based usage framework, as described in Section 5 of the Terms of Service. Each course is an original curriculum authored and owned by Sovisart's founder, delivered and retained by the Client for personal use as a structured product with a fixed set of components, not an ongoing service relationship.
SECTION 3 // CURRENCY & GLOBAL PRICING MODEL
3.1. Anchor Currency. All Store prices are denominated and displayed in US Dollars (USD). Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record, is responsible for any localized currency conversion, applicable VAT/GST, and local tax presentation at checkout per Section 5.

3.2. Current courses, products, and prices are published on the live Store at sovisart.com. This Policy does not restate specific prices, which may change at any time as described in Section 6.

3.3. Pricing Glitch Protection. Sovisart and Paddle are not bound to honor transactions executed against a manifest pricing error, database corruption, or display glitch resulting in an obviously incorrect price. Such orders may be cancelled, with the exact amount paid returned to the original payment method.
SECTION 4 // SPLIT-PAYMENT PURCHASES AND BUNDLES
4.1. Where a course is offered with a split-payment option (e.g. two instalments), both instalments are part of a single purchase and a single enrollment, as described in Section 2.3 of the Terms of Service. Authorizing the first instalment authorizes the agreed remaining instalment(s) at the interval and amount displayed at checkout.

4.2. Bundled products (e.g. a course sold together with templates or bonus materials) are sold as a single, indivisible unit and cannot be unbundled, itemized, or exchanged for components of a different bundle, consistent with Section 4.3 of the Terms of Service.
SECTION 5 // TAXATION & MERCHANT OF RECORD
5.1. All transactions on the Store are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliated entities, acting as Merchant of Record. Paddle is solely responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting all applicable transaction taxes (including EU/UK VAT, US state sales tax, and GST equivalents) based on the Client's checkout localization data.

5.2. Listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated at checkout; final tax-inclusive totals are calculated and displayed by Paddle prior to payment confirmation.
SECTION 6 // PRICE CHANGES
6.1. Sovisart reserves the right to modify course prices, introduce new products, or discontinue existing products at any time. Changes are reflected on the live Store interface at sovisart.com and do not require a formal amendment to this Policy.
SECTION 7 // CONTACT

SECTION 8 // MISCELLANEOUS
8.1. Severability. If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

8.2. Entire Agreement on Pricing. This Policy, together with the Sovisart Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitutes the complete agreement between the Client and Sovisart with respect to pricing and product composition, and supersedes any prior representations, including statements made through support communications or marketing materials.

8.3. No Waiver. Any exception Sovisart may make to a pricing or billing term in an individual case does not set a precedent and does not constitute a waiver of this Policy for any subsequent case.
SECTION 9 // LANGUAGE
This Policy is executed in English. Any translation provided is for reference only; the English text governs in all cases of conflict.
